Four Stages, One Standard
Application & Background
Before a candidate is ever considered for matching, we review their application materials and professional background — this rules out candidates without genuine, relevant Executive Assistant experience.
Communication & Judgment
Written and English communication are assessed directly, alongside an executive-support simulation designed to surface how a candidate handles ambiguous, judgment-based situations — not just task checklists.
Technical & Professional Evaluation
A software competency assessment, a live interview, and a dedicated professionalism evaluation round out the technical and interpersonal side of screening.
Fit & Final Review
Reference checking where applicable, availability and timezone verification, and a final matching review confirm a candidate is ready before they enter our pool — this last step is what separates entering the pool from being matched to a specific client.
