Vetted EA Partners was created to solve two problems we kept seeing play out on both sides of the hiring table. First, executives and founders were spending significant time sorting through applicants — time that should have gone toward running their business. Second, excellent Executive Assistants were often struggling to find roles that truly matched their strengths, ending up in mismatched placements that didn't serve either side well.
